Shiba Inu’s lead developer Shytoshi Kusama confirms the Shiba Inu ecosystem as the title sponsor of the Blockchain Futurist Conference, and official hackathons ETHToronto and ETHWomen to be held on August 13-17, 2023 in Toronto, Canada. Shytoshi Kusama will also speak for the first time via AI at a conference on the Shibarium release date, as per the official blog post.
During the event, the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s Worldpaper will be exhibited, all Shiba Inu branded projects will be published, and Treat token details will be published in detail for the first time.
Shytoshi Kusama also said the team will also discuss and likely release the long-awaited L2 Shibarium during the event. He noted that it coincides with Shiba Inu’s third anniversary and it is also the birthplace of Ethereum.
As part of the Blockchain Futurist Conference, Shibarium will hold a multi-month hackathon. Two booths will detail Shibarium and SHIB-themed products, platforms, and services such as Shib the Metaverse, Shibacals, Shiba Eternity, Shiboshis, and others.
Moreover, Unification, BadIdea.Ai, and new partners and projects building with Shibarium Tech will be on display at the event.

Shiba Inu Ecosystem and DAO
Shiba Inu governs the community, and Shibarium’s BONE token will govern and support technology. Also, LEASH will power community protection and provides exclusivity, while TREAT to govern and enhance community projects.
Shiba Inu ecosystem will have the Doggy DAO and SHIB DOGGY DAO FOUNDATION, which carries out the DAO’s decisions and holds the DAO’s assets. The Doggy DAO will fully control the ecosystem. The governance will be split into four, one for each core token in the Shiba Inu ecosystem, to ensure members of the Shiba Inu community have an equal voice.
Traders respond immediately to the announcement. SHIB price jumps over 1% from the 24-hour low and currently trades at $0.00000757. The 24-hour low and high are $0.00000738 and $0.00000772, respectively.
Meanwhile, Shibarium’s gas token Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) currently trades at $1.05. The 24-hour low and high are $1.03 and $1.06, respectively.
