Treeverse is an open-world, fantasy and sci-fi based MMORPG with an action-packed MOBA-style combat system. Slay beasts, forge mighty weapons, lure the biggest fish, form guilds, defeat dungeons and explore the deep lore. The living world of Treeverse awaits those bold enough to conquer it. (the game is in development).
The idea of Treeverse stemmed from the original collectible project “Nftrees” that launched in February. This was the first tweet announcing Treeverse, the first sale and how it was going to become a social MMO.
On the first of August, we launched 10,420 Founders’ Private Plot NFTs that sold out in 1 hour. This meant that our milestones list hit 100% and we could go further than just building out a social MMO, and make a full-fledged PAE (play and earn) MMORPG.
The first alpha version of Treeverse that was exclusive to Founders’ Private Plot (FPP) holders launched on September 12th 2021. It was a proof of concept build where users could join on the browser with their MetaMask account, speak with others, add friends, teleport to their plot that was customizable and display their NFTs on the wall. After a few weeks of typical alpha bug-fixing and adding features, we opened this game world to the public. Have a look at what it looked like in this tweet.
Hitting our milestones has led to a few changes in the development of the game, with an important one being changing the game style (early prototype).
FPP (Founders’ Private Plot)
Founders’ Private Plot gives you an instance-based home that you can teleport to in the world of Treeverse. If you own multiple, in the tiers of 2, 5, 10 and 20, you’ll have the ability to design bigger homes and even islands.
Nftrees
Nftrees is an avatar collectible project with a max supply of 420, it’s made up of randomly composed pixel trees and the collection launched in February 2021. They are the precursor to Treeverse, and are essentially the ultimate relics to own. The genesis of the genesis.
Timeless
Timeless is our upcoming avatar collection designed by the amazing @viii. Not only are they high-quality anime PFPs, but they will also function as playable characters in Treeverse that are unique compared to the normal characters.
A total of 11,111 Timeless avatars will be released, randomly generated from a bunch of designed traits.

Tokenomics
You can’t have an open world, play-to-earn MMORPG, without talking about tokenomics. Two tokens native to Treeverse have been publicly talked about: $ROOT, and $SEED.
The $ROOT tokens will be the governance tokens of Treeverse, whereas $SEED will be the tokens that you’ll be able to earn by playing the game. Both will be ERC20 tokens.
More information will come when the team decides to announce.
In-game Marketplace
In addition to that, we will integrate our very own in-game marketplace that will allow you to trade anything from weapons to armours to pets (and more). These items can be earned inside of our game and turned into NFTs which can then be sold on this marketplace.

We’ve recently closed our seed round valuing Treeverse at $25M. The round was co-led by IDEO Ventures and Animoca Brands with other investors including SkyVision Capital, Stani Kulechov and several angel investors.
The support of our investors and our (🌱) community made it possible for us to quickly grow our team. Over 10 devs and designers with 7+ years of experience in the industry (some with 20+) are currently working on the game full-time, and we’re still hiring more talent. As mobile gaming has grown by a huge margin in recent years, and following the success of other blockchain games on Android, we have decided to develop the game for Android first. We will then look at porting the game over to iOS, PC and Mac soon thereafter.
Our team is working hard on releasing a playable version of the game with the updated graphics.
