How to withdraw from Earth 2, how long it takes, and the best ways to get your money quickly!
Follow the 3 simple steps below to register for an Earth 2 withdrawal in minutes!
Step 1:
Enable 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). This can be found in the settings page of Earth 2.
2FA requires a Mobile app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. E2News recommends either of these options.
Why do I have to do this?
You need 2FA in order to keep your private details and property portfolio safe from potential hackers.
If you already have 2FA set up on Earth 2, skip to Step 2.
Follow the instructions, and after you’ve set up 2FA, reload the page.
Step 2:
Verify your Earth 2 Account. In the settings page, navigate to ‘Verify Account’, which should now not be greyed-out like previously. Click on the button and follow the steps by adding a valid Driver’s License, Passport or other form of valid identification.
Why do I have to do this?
This is to ensure you are 18+ (If not, use a parent/guardian’s ID with permission), and means Earth 2 can understand your identity is legitimate. Read more about Know Your Customer (KYC) here. They have partnered with Jumio, a leading KYC provider – which has partnered with Barclays, Binance and Microsoft.
If your account is already verified, skip to Step 3.
Step 3:
To withdraw from Earth 2, all you need to input are your debit/credit card details. They are kept safe by Trust Payments, who service companies like Matalan and Zip. It may ask you for proof of address in addition to card details, depending on your location.
Once you’ve added the new card, you will be able to withdraw. Just input your withdrawal amount and 2FA code, and you will receive your money in the coming few days. If it takes more than a week, contact support

Around 50% of US banks have not upgraded their systems to service Earth 2. Many users use Revolut’s digital card to withdraw to, and will then transfer this to their bank account. Download Revolut from the App Store or here. Withdrawing usually takes under 3 business days.
For users in the UK:
In the UK, it is very easy to withdraw from Earth 2. Nearly all banks including HSBC and Barclays will automatically convert the USD received to GPB. Withdrawals usually only take hours to 3 days, and will be slightly longer the first time you withdraw.
