On Monday, the PRX Metaverse project officially joined Asia Plus as part of a partnership which restructures the latter’s corporate structure to boost web 3.0 security and investment opportunities.
The partnership restructures Asia Plus’ preexisting security interests into four divisions: securities brokerage, securities trading, investment advisory, and underwriting and designated broker.

Additionally, Asia Plus rebranded itself from a securities firm to a holdings group that focuses on the investment market, transferring current opportunities to the newly established Asia Plus Securities Company Limited division.
The recently-established investment branch prepares Asia Plus for future growth in supporting enterprise clients adopting web3 services.
The Company then changed its status to that of a holding company principally engaged in investing.

For the PRX Metaverse project, the partnership enables the firm to execute its product roadmap with enhanced resources and support from Asia Plus.
What is PRX Metaverse Project?
The PRX Metaverse project is an upcoming immersive virtual reality (VR) platform that focuses on eCommerce, digital real-estate, and social integration.
The Metaverse platform supports ownership of digital real estate through three separate land sizes. PRX offers small, medium, and large land sales where users can host social hangouts. Alternatively, companies that own PRX land can use the service for business operations and holding enterprise events.
The PRX team published a four-phase roadmap that outlines the service’s path to success. Currently, PRX is running phase one, which involves promoting the product, listing an official crypto-currency, establishing virtual land sales, and debuting land editing tools.

Additionally, phase two will launch secondhand land sales, a 3D land viewer tool, and a DeFi system in phase two. Phase three also adds new tools such as a 3D building and avatar creation suite, and will introduce transactions for building skins and avatar interactions.
Finally, in phase four, PRX will introduce enterprise tools for Meteverse ready firms, and PRX will add portals that connect business partners working on the PRX Metaverse platform.
